First Call Network provides a weekly information service that:

- Provides direct links to original source publications
- Delivers this information via email every Monday morning
4. Subscription and Payment
4.1 Subscription Terms
Our Service is provided on a monthly subscription basis at the rate of £500 per month, payable in advance.
4.2 Payment Method
Payment is processed through our secure payment gateway. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the subscription fee to your chosen payment method.
4.3 Subscription Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms.
4.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription fees with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Cancellation by Subscriber
You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing 30 days' written notice. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to cancellations@firstcallnetwork.co.uk.
5.2 Refund Policy
As our Service provides immediate access to information, we do not offer refunds for partial months. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
5.3 Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription if you breach these Terms, with or without notice.
Cancellation Example: If you cancel on June 15th, your subscription will remain active until July 14th, and you will not be charged for the period after July 14th.
6. Consumer Rights
6.1 Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason.
6.2 Loss of Cancellation Right
Your right to cancel expires if you explicitly request that we begin providing the Service during the cancellation period. By ticking the "I request immediate supply" checkbox during registration, you acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once we have begun providing the Service.
6.3 Exercising Cancellation Right
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by clear statement sent to cancellations@firstcallnetwork.co.uk.
7. Intellectual Property
All Content provided through our Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and compilation methods, is the property of First Call Network or our content suppliers and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
